You just gotta do the Space Mountain Marathon at least once!! But our favorite entry memory was Thanksgiving 2000. We were at Epcot, 30 minutes before entry as usual, and there were maybe a hundred people already in lines. A new CM walked over to the farthest turnstile. Immediatly we moved over too. She was very sweet and friendly and we talked for a few minutes. Then she said"ok" and she took our passes. Well, once me, my DH and both DSs were through a supervisor ran up and said "Not yet, the park is not open yet" well, I didn't want to go back out and then get in line and walk in again, so they let us stand there on the "other side" and wait for the rope drop. Well... lets just say my DH and I are really big kids. We both got this funny look and grinned at each other. The rope dropped and BAM it was if we had been shot out of a cannon! We took off running, when we got to the "Leave a Legacy" monoliths: this music that sounded remarkably like Chariots of fire begins to play. Suddenlly just past SSE I hear an amazingly good replica of a stampeding herd. I made the mistake of turning around! YEP, we had started a stamped!!! Boy was I hoofing it. DH and DS #1 were miles ahead of me yelling come on, you can do it!! While my pudgy little legs were propelling me and DS#2 in a stroller as fast as humanly possible. We were the first ones on TT that day! we rode two times ina row in fact. When we got off the line was already 1 1/2 hours long! Poeple were pointing at us as we walked out!! I think it was our most fun entry ever!! The kids still brag about my speed that day, little do they know it was just sheer terror!!!
You should try it some time!!!
