First ressie at BCV

I called tonight to make reservations at BCV for the F&W festival. It will be a short trip (3nights) but it is all that we can take. I had banked some of my points so I was very surprised when the CM said that I still had the points available for this year. I told him that I had banked them and he said that the points were not banked and did I have a bank number? I told him that I was not home and did not have it with me. He did tell me that I could bank them now. So it was no problem. When I went home I got out my paper work and I had a banking number. It did get me thinking though that if I had not called to make a reservation I would have never known that the points weren't banked. I guess it wouldn't have been a problem because I had the number but what if I couldn't find it? I guess it showed me to be really careful and keep putting the number in a safe place and to double check all transactions.
