First MNSSHP Crowds

Ok - I'm debating on whether we go to the first Halloween party. It is the only date available during this trip. We've done the party the past two years in mid-sept and the crowds were great! I cannot find that much info on here about crowds on the first date in past years though. Since it is a later start to the Halloween parties this year I'm afraid that the first one will sell-out and it will be really crowded. (EVen though its a Tues. night I think it will draw a lot of locals too). Thoughts? Should we skip it this year?

The earlier your MNSSHP date is, the less crowded (from my experience).
We went in September last year and it was great.
Some friends of ours went just a few weeks later, and it seemed to be quite different.

We're planning for the first MNSSHP this year. Just bought my tickets!

We are adding a night to the Wilderness Lodge to take advantage of the 1st night of the party too!

Anyone planning a Dis meetup maybe? (Yes... I know I'm new but it'd be fun!)

I'm going to force myself to get a lot more active on these boards in the next few weeks. My problem is... I rely on the search option. Everything I want to ask has already been answered (usually 5 or 6 times!!!)
