Hi fellow brides and grooms.:goodvibes

We are getting married on 28th October on the beach at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Getting very excited about it and my plans are coming along great.:thumbsup2

We are now thinking of having a "first look" which is something we hadn't considered before. But I have looked at a few photos of this today(ColeV's trippie) and it looks just lovely.:cloud9:
But as well as this we have decided that it feels right for us to walk down the aisle(the beach of course) together with our two boys walking in front, one scattering petals and the other carrying the rings. We have been together now for nearly 17 years and have two wonderful boys aged 9 and 7 and I feel that this will symbolise us coming together as a family.

Has anyone walked down the aisle with their groom? I didn't think my fiance would go for this when I mentioned it but he seems to think its a great idea.

If anyone knows of any trippies where the bride and groom walked together, I would really appreciate a link to it.

Any info on "first look" photos would also be appreciated. We have Randy Chapman for our photography so if you did this with him I would be particularly interested.

Many thanks.:goodvibes

Boardwalk Bride and her DH walked down the aisle together, you can check out her pj and pictures.

DH and I walked down the aisle together. We also did the first look thing. We also used Randy Chapman.
My TR is in my siggie if you want to see how we worked it. Randy was GREAT about it, set up the first look, and set up the coming down together as well.

Josh and I walked together, hand and hand into marriage. It is the way we face everything in our lives.

We did a first look and I'm so glad we did. It worked out time-wise for pictures before the ceremony.

Thank you!:goodvibes

Those pictures are great, love your DH's reaction and thanks for the links to the trippies too. It was great to actually see what Randy looks like and to see a bride and groom walking together.:thumbsup2

I tried to look at Boardwalk Brides trippie but all the pictures were missing which is odd.

Keep the pics and thoughts coming guys.:thumbsup2

I looked everywhere for pics of Randy :lmao: I laughed why I saw my sister had taken a few

We didn't walk down the aisle together, but we did a first look with Randy.

I haven't done a full trip report, but you can get a pretty good idea of how the day way if you look at the blurb book I did. I combined Randy and Regina's pictures as needed to make it flow.

Randy was great with the 1st look, setting up the boys and putting their boutinners on for them and then coming to get me.

Here is the link to the preview of the book:

Thank you so much for sharing your book. I loved looking through that and your pictures are stunning. You must be thrilled with them.:cloud9:

We also did a first look with Randy. It was a lot of fun and it was really nice to actually get to talk to DH at that moment. Randy was really out of the way and I never really thought about him being there. I just got my pictures from Randy yesterday so I haven't gotten a chance to really go through them. Including the photoshopped and B&W ones there are 2,500!. :scared1:

The first look thing, I'd never heard of it before... is it just that.... the capturing the first time he sees you? Is it not on the aisle?

As far as you and your DH walking down the aisle together...given the length of time ya'll have been together, I think it's a beautiful idea!
