First haircut at Disneyland

I was so disappointed when I realized there isn't a barber on Main Street like in WDW.

Is there any other way to have a Disneyland first haircut experience?

You could hire someone to give a haircut in your hotel room. Maybe the hotel has the name of someone they call. Disney hotels might because they have weddings there and I imagine bridal parties sometimes ask for referrals for hair. You could ask the spa at GCH if they bring someone in to do hair, but it's not listed a a regular service the offer.
