First Family meeting... leave in 11 days!!!

We are leaving in 11 days i'm usally so on top of stuff, and have it all planed out... well this time i've just been so lazy!!
Back ground... we are going only 1 full day to disney (left over tickets) to AK or Epcot and we are going to Pirate and princess party to MK the 26th. We are driving our intrepid with all three kids, my mom and step dad are driving down in thier S10 truck. They are going with us to the PPP, but not the other park... we are planing a relaxing trip, not really sure... i guess that's why we are having a planing night... but what are the things we need to be sure we got over??? we are staying at Fair field resort w/ full kitchen and pools... I'm hoping it's warm enough for swimming, ect.
So what all do we need to cover??

Looks like you have your transportation, hotel and park days. All that is left is your touring plan, dining plans (do you need to stop at a grocery store, make adrs, who is paying for what, etc.) and packing list (are you dressing up the kiddos for the PPP?). Check the 10 day forcast and also call the hotel and see if their pool is heated.

You might want to decide which park for certain, I would check to see which parks are early open or late for Disney resort guests, and avoid that park! Then you can work on your dining, if you want to do a sit down meal see if you can get an ADR for that. And at least get the start of a touring plan - especially for the first hour or so. We are going with 3 generations and it is kind of complicated to figure out a touring plan so we can split up (some do Dumbo while others do Splash Mountain for example) and then get back together to complete our day.
