DH and I have been married for 17......months! I am sure you all know the story by now.....we met here on the dis, dated long distance for a while, dh moved to my province and a year later we were married.

This is my second marriage and Dh's first. I was married the first time for 10 years and have a wonderfully, amazing son!!! We don't have any children together and don't plan on any.

I have to say, I have hit the husband lottery!!! I am older (by about 18 mths) and much wiser!!! But man is he amazing.

Admittedly my parents thought I was off my rocker when I was "dating" a guy I met on the internet....when I said he was moving here....I am pretty sure they were planning an Intervention. The moment they met him they knew why! When they saw the way he treated my son and how he has embraced being a stepdad, that sealed the deal! They adore him.

Its amazing how life has a way of turning out exactly how it is supposed to!!!!
