I just realized...I saw AskTracy's next trip in her signature...I'm on that cruise too!!!! I don't have to be jealous that she's going without us!!

Just looking at movies and saw that star trek will be released on may 8th. Good news for any trekees. They play new releases on the wonder also don't they?

edit: bad news, the hannah montana movies comes out may 1, so we might have to suffer through that also!!

Is Star Trek a Disney movie? I know sometimes they play other movies.

I think I would go to Hanna Montana. My son would like it. We saw 2 movies on our last cruise (and it was only 3 days). It is the one thing we really like to do as a family. Bolt was really really good in 3-D on the boat. Of course, I couldn't stay awake through the whole movie and I had to leave.

I think the best Hugh Laurie pre-House character is Jasper in 101 Dalmations. Or was he Horace?

DH told a friend about the podcast cruise and they came over during lunch and I convinced them to go Boy are they in for a surprise when they meet us

Since it's most likely going to be just DH and me, we're not sure if we're going to get park admission or not yet...probably not...but i'll let him decide that one! We're doing our booze run before we get to the Dolphin...and I think we'll be meeting with a few others to battle the Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream...and then off to the Poly for the pre-cruise meet.

Anyone got any ideas for something fun to do as a group (for those interested anyway) that wouldn't require park admission?

What's everyone doing for dinner?

Still don't have our SWA flight booked yet Brandie. We'll either be in around 11am or 3pm. Probably the earlier. First order of business is a booze run with Paul once we get to VWL. We are wide open for dinner and then the Poly.

Cruise questions!

We watched the DCL show on the Travel channel yesterday. Wife #1 (and any other wives that want to join) would like to hit the spa and maybe get the private hot tub. What treatment is required to reserve that? What does the rainforest room involve? What are the Villa treatments???

I have Disney record wishlists set up in the Tivo and caught this (again) last night. Showed Deb where deck 2 was in relation to the outside of the ship and she spouted, "Our room is under-f^%^&*(-water!" My next thirty minutes was spent reassuring her for her first cruise stability was better than nobility. (Although for a few moments I thought of deck 7).

I thought a couple spa would be nice but she surprised me and said she wasn't interested in the Vista spa on the ship but she was interested in the cabanas on Serenity Bay but I could find nothing on the DCL site about these.

Are you bringing a razor for the steam room?

Since you invited the sister wives, I just wanted to know who was shaving who in the steam room. Is it like a conga line thing?

I've been rereading the first two podcast cruise threads (i'm about 75 pages into the #2)

Why have I've been rereading you may ask:
1. I didn't read the entire threads to begin with because I couldn't keep up with school

2. I'm BORED out of my mind!!! School doesn't start for another week and a half. I have nothing to do!!!! Well, I have things to do but I don't feel like doing them!!!


But while rereading, I have discovered two very important things:

1. THis cruise is going to be a blast!!!! (But I knew that already - especially after Mousefest)

2. You people are CRAZY!!!!

This is Part Three of the cruise thread so you can go back at your leisure and read the other two. The answers are all in the three threads. If you have other questions, just post and someone (many times me ) will answer.

DVC meets - both. They will have a member get together and an informational meeting for new members. When you get onboard if you do not get a welcome home kit in your room, just stop at the kiosk on deck 4 in the Atrium and let the DVC guys know you are a member. Everyone will get an invite to the informational meeting.

Documents don't come until 7-10 days prior to the cruise. They will include a cruise contract, charging authorization and some general information about documentation to get on the cruise. Since you just signed up, you will likely get a prearrival kit in the mail shortly since many have already received it.

The totally excited feeling doesn't go away!!
