Last year Sandy (sandyh67) and I came up with our "5 year plan" to move to Florida....so now we're down to 4 years.....but I'm thinking anytime in the next 4 days might be good!

23 here in Dallas today! of course it will be like 60 on Christmas day. It'd actually be nice to have a white christmas here for once.

Holy crud it's cold out there!! Hopefully the winds dies down a bit today. Maybe then it might feel like a heat wave!!

Ft Wayne, where my parents live, is just getting hammered. Mom and Dad had no power on Friday, but their power was restored sometime early Saturday morning. My brother still has no power and a limb from the big tree in their front yard fell on their house. Not sure if it did any damage yet or not. They've been staying with his MIL. And they are predicting MORE of this crud tomorrow...

Work is REALLY quiet this week. The only phone calls i've received are from our other office and testers asking for directions. I've finished my gift tags...my sister will be coming by tomorrow so that we can finish a scrapbook project that's for a Christmas gift...

Real exciting stuff here people...

Woke up to no heat here in snowed-in New Hampshire this morning (which is now fixed, yahoo!) and I am so READY for the cruise!!

Wow we are up to 26 degrees here. Work is slow this week here also. I need to go outside and do some inventory cycle counts on some lumber.
We are getting another storm here today and tomorrow. I wish this would stop. I guess it is good for Lake Powell and Lake Mead. Las Vegas need all the water we can send them.

Things are mighty slow here to. So slow in fact that I am packing up an hour and a half early and going home. Can't argue when the boss sends you home with pay.

I think we are going to try our hand at making a gingerbread house.
