I just reserved our car last night, so I have not called to find out.
Good thing you dont have to pay in advance for car rentals, if they dont, I will pick another rental company.

ETA - just phoned them and, YES, they do have free shuttle service to the port.

Yes they do now.

Good to know. I will have to look at them too. I am trying to convince my DH that is the way to go.

Does Dollar offer a shuttle to and from Port? We currently have a car through Budget but I think that's a little cheaper...:scratchin

Yes, as others have said :)

Tracy....did you miss an answer or are you teasing us by withholding knowledge???

Did I? Or are you just posting too much? Or maybe I'm not sure of the answer?

I'm thinking of surprising my wife with a limo to and from port. Is there a company that Dreams recommends?

I think they recommend FL Tours.

Yep, it's FL Tours.

No problemo. PM me an email address I can send it to. Its nothing fancy. Just something to help keep organized.

Do I need to PM you? you have my email address already.

I think Todd was wondering cuz you quoted me on a previos post about ADR's for large groups but never actually answered...:rotfl:

Here's Yvet's post from the other thread . . .

I called for you the Disney Dining Reservation line and this is what they told me.

They have space for 50 people and for may 10 you can call for a reservation on febr 9.
The group reservation line is: 407 - 939 77 07.

So for what i understood is the maximum 50.....

So, it looks like 50!!

I'll give the dining folks a call later so that I can make sure that I understand their rules, etc. :flower3:

Okay I have to interrupt.....I ordered some stuff from DisneyShopping.com (thanks Jen for the heads up) specifically the rolling collapsible cooler. I was kind of hesitant, but I just got it delivered from UPS and I think I am going to love it.
There is enough room to easily fit a LOT of alcohol. I searched around here and we only have a couple bottles of wine and some 12 oz cans, but there is still plenty of room left. Gonna do a load test at home tonight!:thumbsup2

Does it collapse down small enough to fit into the luggage for the trek down and back?

Sure you will. On your flight to Orlando and on your flight home. If you are driving , well, then........

She's not driving . . . I am!!

Well I won't be driving while on propery - but I'll be driving to and from the airport and to the port!!

Without fussing or cramming it went down to 15" Wide x 17" Long x 5" High. So I guess it depends on your luggage. I know it will fit in my suitcase a-okay.

I have a question for the great and powerful AskTracy:

Are the DIS Podcast Cruise rates still available at the Dolphin for before or after the cruise?

I am used to being the Cruise Director for my trips, but today I came up with a slogan for this May Trip:

Let Go, Let Shelly.

I feel much more relaxed, don't you? ;)

GEE THANKS!!!!

Actually I don't mind - I usually take over when my best friend and I travel together!!

Just tell me if you don't want to do something!!!

Yes, Tracy, inquiring minds would like to know . . .

I missed that. I was going to answer but I wasn't sure what the answer was for certain so I skipped it. I guess I forgot to remove it.

Yes, both. Before is more limited though than after.

No, I'm actually enjoying it... it's a refreshing change - besides, I have that week in DisneyLAND at the end of April with both my kids to be in charge of...

You know what you're doing... I will be there with the camera and the stick and doing this the whole time:

You won't be shunned Todd. My Mom and I will be doing the same thing. Since we're doing this low-key and have no plans other then what the Crew has in store for us, we're in no hurry either.

I agree! I am looking at this as an easy, no planning required mini vacation. Just tell where the podcast events are or, if there are none at that time, what bar we are meeting at and I am so there.:woohoo:

I dont know, we found the 1900 Park Fare Char breaky fantastic...a little expensive...but fantastic.
Right there filling your OJ glass (constantly) and the characters were everywhere!
lots of food choices as well for a breaky.

Good, I am glad I am not the only one who thoght 1900 Park Fare breakfast was good. We have been there twice so far and I am planning on going again at the end of the year. Good food, good service, and great character interaction.:goodvibes

You two crack me up!!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Honestly I can relate. When ever I go to WDW with my Mom, I am, by default, the Tour Director.
