Today was a gorgeous day,so I took a nice, long walk. It's been a while since I've been off my butt, and my butt did a lot of complaining...but I feel good.

O.K. I am now caught up.
I was at the gym for the second time this week.
Just started the gym again.
I am hurting right now, but it's all between the knees and butt.
Guess that's what happens when you get on the tread mill foe a hour and set the speed at 4 MPH and the incline at 2.
That's considered starting out slow for me.
One more week and I will start toning with the free weights.
I have 30 pounds to lose.
I would like to lose most of this before our trip.
Well now I am going to say goodnight.
Watching CSI then going for a soak in the tub.
