Just made my final payment on the cruise! Don't congratulate me yet though. It's on the Disney VISA. Got 6 months to pay for it. It won't take me that long though.

And don't forget the other neighbor that thought it would be a good idea to cut out the bottom 2 feet of OUR cedar trees (3 of them)
Not between our properties, but at the front of my house!
When I flipped out on him he said "don't worry they are trees, they will grow back!"
Ummmmmmm...NO!
Trees grow new growth from the top, not the bottom!
The problem was they were planted there to hide old concrete piers.
Ended up cutting them all down.

I do like the fact that the cat 11 doesn't have the split bath. It's great for families but a colossal waste when your by yourself.
