I'm paying off tomorrow.
I was hoping the $ would come up a bit, but oh well.
Our cruise costs 25% more by the time the CC company gets their share.

I have a question. When I sign on to the DCL webiste to view my reservation it shows a status as booked. There is no indication that my cruise is paid off, or am I not looking in the right place. Just want to make sure that is correct since we can start booking tomorrow night.

It will not change from booked. They have three options for the reservations - Offered (no deposit paid), Booked (deposit holding reservation) or Canceled (we don't want any of these). We don't send you notice that your reservation is paid in full until we have applied the payment and verified it with Disney.

I guess I missed this, what kind of teddy bear were you selling??

I can't take credit - Nicole (Madi100) posted it on the main podcast board that she was selling a bear and I happened to have the same bear. Some might give me a hard time because DH gave it to me on our wedding day, but I have video proof that he gave it to me and the extra cash means our kids can join us for this cruise and a few days before to see the parks. Being able to see my 3 year old daughter's face light up when she sees the castle for the first time will be all I need to know it was the right choice to sell the bear. I've been told that I need to provide a round of beverages on the cruise to be absolved of my 'sin'. Thankfully I have had some offers of shelves to hold the drinks.

Buying a round for this crew could involve a small personal loan.

We just booked a Poly concierge room for the night before the cruise. This will make the poly dole whip/ wishes meet a lot more convenient! It's almost party time! Woot!

Wow! That is great! It still starts with a P but no Pop.

I just booked an extra BWV night post-cruise, so we'll be staying the 14th AND 15th... Gotta go ask Paul (and his Pinkie) to put us on the DATW list!

I was briefly contemplating renting more points to try and stay at either BCV or BWV for that night pre-cruise, but holy cannoli!!! 29 points for a Saturday night! EGADS!

Yep...we're staying at the DolFUN...lol...I only considered it because of ME. And that i'd probably get to ride over with lots of you guys since our flights seem to all come in at the same time...some of you people will get to meet my BFF face to face before I do!

We are staying at the Dolphin pre-cruise but had originally been a VWL. 29pts is just a bit much for just one night. DW and I agreed to save the pts for Food and Wine in October.

Hey, Chris told me last night he is going to ask his mom to stay a few more nights after the cruise so we can hang with you peeps. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hope this works out for you Jen. It will be great to have you and Chris there after the cruise.
