Ethan is a mess. I keep pumping him with meds and liquids. He refuses to eat anything. I'm starting to get worried and may take him to the doctors in the morning if he doesn't improve.

Evan is teething, so his fever is easily explained (and the drool reaching down to his toes). He seems to be in a good spirit, just not himself.

I was just looking over many pictures from Mousefest. I couldn't help but laugh at some of them. It seems like whenever I need a good laugh and a smile I turn to the Mousefest photos.

I have quite a bit of work to do tonight.
The delivery of our new couch has been moved up by 2 days.
It will be here tomorrow morning.
This is due to the fact that DH is having surgery on Thursday.
I can't believe we forgot about that when organizing the date for delivery.
However I will be very happy tomorrow night when I am sitting on the new couch doing my knitting.

I did the Heimlich on DD so often when she started on solid foods she figured out to push herself against the tray of her high chair before I could get to her...thankfully THAT stopped.

I need to get out of this funk. Being a grown up sucks sometimes...

Good morning everyone! It's a very dreary day here. I'm off for most of the day. I'm driving to Iowa City to spend most of the day in the hospital with my friend. She just had a baby on Thursday and the baby has pneumonia. So, I'm going to sit at the hospital with her to keep her company.

I spent 7 weeks in the NICU with my DD11. She was born 3 months premature. The only thing in the world that you want to do is spend time with your baby, but the days get very long.

It's pretty sad, though, that I have to take thhe GPS because I don't exactly know how to get home from the hospital. The sad part is I used to live in the town.
