Slightly off topic, but since it has to do with Kim....

I had a dream last night. It was of the Podcast cruise. There were about a hundred people that had just come onboard and were having breakfast and watching Cirque du Soleil acro-clowns. Just before everyone finished eating they started to do a roll call for passengers they couldn't find. This guy with a French/Egyptian/Australian accent called out some names that nobody recognized. Then he said "Kim Chirurgeon". Or at least that's what he meant to say, because Miss Mindy stood up and yelled at him that we knew her and that's not how you say her name. The crowd erupted into a mob scene chanting about not going anywhere without Kim. I woke up when someone tied the roll call guy up in bed linens.

Don't know...sometimes I have weird dreams.

We have Disney on Ice late this afternoon - think it will be fairly empty?

I am going to PVR the Super Bowl on the American HD channel in hopes of the good commercials but first - I am going to go make a

How was DTD yesterday?

Very good!! Saw Twilight, had Earl of Sandwich for lunch, raided Goofy's and Ghiradelli's - all in all a successful trip!!

While I don't mind clowns (and I seem to be in the minority on that one around here) I doubt there will be Cirque clowns at check in. And I can't even imagine a French/Egyptian/Australian accent.

1 yellow cake mix
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup water
2 large eggs
1 can pie filling with fruit (doesn't HAVE to be cherry)
1/3 cup butter
2 tbsp water
1 cup icing sugar

Grease a 9x13 pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cup dry cake mix and flour. Add 2/3 cup water, stirring until the mixture comes away from the sides of the bowl and forms a ball. With an electric mixer, beat in eggs just until batter is smooth. Spread the batter in the pan. Spoon the pie filling over the batter in small dollops. In a separate bowl, combine remaining cake mix with butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbs over the pie filling. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Combine icing sugar with 2 tbsp water until smooth. Drizzle this glaze over the cake.

It will be ready in about 30 minutes!
