We are only talking 6 points here.
For me to stay on track I am allowed 25 points a day.
However to stay at 25 points a day all your choices must be good choises.
That is the hard part for me.

How do you like WW? We don't have one around here so I would have to go online.
 
I still don't know what to do about Pirate night...I'm aiming for Palo that night, but plan to join my friends in the dining room for Pirate Night fun. But not really sure what to wear...

I'll be dressed up for dinner...not sure what to do...

This is what Deb will be doing but with a different hat. She doesn't want it too poofy. Plus no room to pack it. :rotfl2:

I would dress like that if I looked like her. Currently I would scare people if I dressed in that.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Then to my horror got pregnant with DS who is now 5. :eek:
I have not been able to get back on plan fully, but I am not going to give up.
My favorite saying:

COULD SOMEONE TURN OFF THE SNOW MACHINE HERE!!! It started snowing this morning again. We are supposed to get 8" to 16" today.:eek: We have a winter storm warning out till 6 PM tomorrow.

I love weight watchers but if you are looking to do something free online . use dailyplate.com it has every food imaginable with all the nutritional ingredients


I did weight watchers online for over a year and lost 25 pounds on it. The past 2 months I wanted to change it up a bit and have been doing the daily plate and am loving it as well. The daily plate breaks everything down by fat/calories/sodium/carbs etc etc. Now that I lost the weight I want to be overall more healthy so I like how I am able to track alot of different things on that site.

punkin on the peeps thread gave me this calculation in order to lose a pound a week you should use the following calculation your goal weight X12

So my goal weight is 120 pounds so 120 X 12 = 1440 So I should eat 1440 calories a day in order to lose a pound a week. I have been using the calculation the past 4 weeks and have lost 4.5 pounds so it works.

Thanks I will have to check it out.:thumbsup2 I lost 103 lbs in 2003. But I have slipped back in to my old ways. I need to get back on track.
 
The costume is gorgeous! I found flat boots failry easily for the P & PP last year. They pack fairly well too...

She is borrowing some boots with smallish heals. Something easy for the ship.

I think we are expecting that one to start tomorrow for us. Only we are expecting thunder showers before the snow. :scared:
