Brunch is only on sea days, and since we only have one you won't be able to do it twice. Unless you do the podcast and regular one, then I guess you could do it twice.

That's what I meant. I can eat a lot, but not that much. (I couldn't find a getting really fat smiley) :rotfl:

Ok, I have decided to stay Thursday and Friday after the cruise. I am pretty sure SSR will be available, but where would you waitlist?

I am still staying at BC the night before the cruise.

Sweet!!! Welcome to the extended craziness!!!!

We're waitlisted at AKV/AKL/whatever the correct terminology is...lol...for that first post-cruise night. I'm hoping it clears...

For now, we're booked at OKW. I know that when Jen was checking on availability for me SSR was available at the time...

I'm going to book Palo dinner for us for an early-ish time on CC day. I know this is going to sound weird, but I don't want to miss any fun stuff in the main dining rooms, especially if that ends up being pirate night. So my plan is to do dinner at Palo and then join in for our regular dining rotation. We obviously won't want to eat dinner again...but maybe an appetizer and dessert or something. Nothing huge by any means...I just want to enjoy whatever is happening in the dining room!

Tracy, I know at one time you were going to see about linking our reservations together for dining purposes. Is that still the plan? If there are specific folks that we would like to dine with, should we let you know so that you can link our reservations together? (not for Palo...for regular dining)

Question regarding Palo ressies.....

You can only book a ressie for the number of people in your cabin, right? So if say I wanted to have dinner with John and Jane, we would have to link our ressies, not just make one for three--or have Tracy work her magic:wizard: ?

Yeah!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

You are welcome to join me for brunch. I already have it booked. Since I'm solo I will have a table for two and right now it is just myself. When I booked it a couple of days ago the only time slot left was 12noon, so I grabbed it. This is not what I would have picked, but everything else was taken.

Thanks sounds great. I sent you a PM.:goodvibes

Yes, but we are not going to even start working on this until after everyone is done booking Palo, excursions, etc. I don't want to even start with lists or anything yet

If you want a table for three, you must have three adults either in your room or linked to your room. You are not given a choice for a table that will fit more than the number of adults that are linked with your reservation.

I figured that much of it...I just wanted to start getting my ducks in a row for dining partners...:rotfl:

Speaking of ducks.....you know those cute little ducks from Oriental Trading Co.? Well they had Halloween ones, one of which was a duckie as Frankenstein (actually its Frankensteen:laughing: ). During the massive melt, he has appeared on my lawn. Someone must have dropped him and it snowed the day after, buried him and it just kept getting deeper. I guess my pups aren't good hound dogs.:confused3

I had a Razor scooter buried on part of my driveway. I guess we left it there.

Ok, I am all changed. I will have to find Kim's thread again to update.

Arriving Sat 9th at 11:50 staying at the Beach Club. Leaving May 16th staying at SSR. I did a waitlist for BC, but I will be pretty happy at SSR. It is our home resort and it has been a while since we have stayed there. We will have a car so I don't mind getting stuck out in the boones.

Speaking of dining. Today is the day we can make our group ADR for Trail's End. Does this still need to be done? I would be happy to call. I just don't want to stomp on anyone's toes if this has already been taken care of or if someone else is planning to call.

There is still some question as to whether we book as 1 big group and wait for the last sub-group to get there, or do multiple sub-group ADR's and venture over en mass to the Magic Kingdom. Seeing as there is the added difficulty of the Fort Wilderness transportation system to contend with, I think the latter option may be the better one.

It looks like there are 20 people signed up. I could make one of the reservations. How do you think we should split it up? Four reservations of 5 each?

dpuck1998 already has his.
3guysandagal already has his.
DVCsince02 may not be there, depending on whether or not they can extend their stay.

So that drops it down a few. I think 3 ADRs of 4/5 each would be enough?

I am experiencing some ADR frustration. I wanted to try Chef Mickeys. The first available for the 14th is 8:45PM for dinner. Le Cellier on the 15th 8:35 is the first available. It's not that big of a deal. I don't have to go to these places, but it's really frustrating

When are you planning lunch? If it were around 1-2, that wouldn't be too very long between meals.

Shouldn't we be able to make our ADR's for the rest of the stay now? The whole +10 day rule? :confused3
