Hi for those of you still at home. We checked into the Dolphin yesterday. I have to admit although I was looking forward to staying here as we've never stayed here before I think this is a once for us. The checkin desk clerk was rude. I even complained to a manager although I'm not sure if anything was done. We are still waiting for our "free" bottles of water a day later and there were burnt out light bulbs in our room, a dead bug in the bottom of the ice cube bucket, a light that we can't find a plug to plug it into, a fridge (for medication) that was plugged into a plug that didn't work, a patio with a chair missing and a room that is miles from everything. Oh and the safe was closed and wouldn't reset so before we could go out we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. The bathroom is so small you can't fully open the door -- there's a door stopper.
Have to admit I'm disappointed.
But we are here, it's really hot and we'll be on the cruise in no time.
