First DVC reservation made!! Questions!

Hi Everyone,
Booked my first ressie for BLT for Easter week! We just purchased in July. I am very excited and already thinking about booking ressie number two a few months later.

Question: Is an email confirmation usually sent, like when we booked before DVc at a resort?

Recommendations for where to order food from for the stay to have in the unit?

Can we still use Magical Express? I was not asked about this when I booked and forgot to ask until after I got off the phone.

Last one, I promise....can DVC members still buy the Dining Package? If there are free dining promos, can DVC members participate?

DVC does not e-mail confirmations. You will receive a printed on in the mail.

Yes, you can use DME. You can call MS or use the member website to sign up for it.

Yes, you can add the dining plan to your stay. You need to add it to the reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. You pay for it at check-in. DVC stays are not eligible for free dining.

Thanks.....I considered myself a Disney expert....knew most of the ins and outs. Now with DVC I feel like a total newbie again!!!!

Studios at BLT have a balcony, too, right???

Yes, BLT studios should have a balcony or patio (if ground floor unit).
