First Disney Christmas...HELP!

We have been to Disney many times, but never in December. This will be our first Christmas experience. We are going the weekend before Christmas. We are not attending a MVMCP... the dates did not match for out trip. We are going to watch the 3:00 parade, wishes, and resort hop. We also will hop over to Epcot and check out the countries. We have a dining reservation for Minnie's Holiday Dine. Is there any other must see things or places? Any neat attractions or merchandise? I don't want to miss anything. I can't wait to just soak in the environment! Thanks for your suggestions!

You need to see the Osborne Lights at DHS since this is the last year for them. If it interests you, try to see the Candlelight Processional at Epcot, although it might be hard to do if you don't get the dining package. Check out the Holiday Storytellers at Epcot.
