an 8 night on the Mediterranean!!!!

How do we top that?????? :)

Thinking maybe a TA from Miami? Need to cruise before June 2021 in order to use our discount.

Any suggestions?

We loved this year’s EBTA. We were sad to see next year’s being cut short by a couple days and ports. Boo! It was our favorite out of 15 DCL cruises we’ve taken. (and then we did a B2B on the med with NCL.) 21 days at sea total!

Like DCLCrazy above we were on the EBTA, 13 nights this year, all of which were amazing. I loved it so much and really hope I get to do it again someday. I think it's a really different feel from a Med cruise though. You get 6 sea days in a row (6.5 if you add on embarkation day) and then a bunch of port days in a row. We had 5 ports before ending in Barcelona but the 2020 EBTA has only 3 ports before ending in Barcelona, so who knows what 2021 will bring. It's a great option though.

Panama Canal is next on my DCL list!

Agree with PrincessSchmoo above that the Panama Canal cruise is awesome, so is a TA, Med., Baltic Capitals, and don't forget Alaska. The Caribbean is great, too. We have done them all and loved each one. Each is so unique...the only cruise line where mice and rats are allowed, perhaps encouraged, aboard their ships. Cruise on...

....4 days to the Bahamas on the Wonder in Dec. 2000. We continued to only do the 4 day cruise with 3 days at WDW for many years. It wasn't until the Magic sailed out of NYC in 2012 that we did more than a 7 night cruise. Now, we've done 3 cruises out of NYC, an 8 night and two 7 nights. I don't think I can go back to doing a 4 night cruise.

I vote for the TA or PC. Someday we will do a TA when our kids are grown. We are going to do our second PC next March - can’t wait!

Our first was a 4 night Dream cruise out of PC as part of a land and sea vacation. We were new to cruising and were not sure if it would be our "thing". We had the next (7 night Fantasy) cruise booked before debarkation! :rotfl2:

Our first was an 11-night Southern Caribbean our of Port Canaveral for our honeymoon. We have our second cruise booked for this coming April. A 5-night out of San Diego with our two kids!! Can't wait!!

Our first was an Alaska cruise in '15, which really got us hooked. What a great start!
We did the Mediterranean last year, and based on some of your posted experiences, we're now booking a WBPC and planning a Norwegian Fjords cruise. Thanks for all the advice!

Our first was a 7 Night Western Caribbean over Easter Break! We have not been on a 7 night since, but have enjoyed every cruise. Even our 2 night to nowhere out of NYC.

I feel the cruises without many ports, where I just chill are the best.

So, enjoy all the cruises you take in the future long or short.

Our 1st waayyyyy back in 2002 was an 7 night Eastern Caribbean on The Magic........

We went on 7 night EC on the Magic for our first cruise also in 2001. Back then we didn't choose port excursions until we were already on the ship! It was our honeymoon cruise. Went to St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Tried to go to St. Maarten again on the Wonder in 2018, but bad storm cancelled it and we got a CC double dip. Trying to decide if we should try going there on the Feb. 2021 cruise.

Yes, it was very different with booking things then.
We knew about Palo which was $10 a person upcharge in those days and we booked onboard.

Inaugural year 1998 Disney Magic - less than 4 months after her launch (Nov 1998) - Bahamas and Castaway Cay. (We'd done a couple of Big Red Boat with the characters cruises prior to the Magic.)
