When I booked the cruise, the page said that there will be forms sent to us before the cruise, for us to complete and bring to the terminal. At what point are they sent and what are these forms? TIA :wave2:

The forms can be filled out online and they're pretty basic. They want to know your passport # (if you're using one) contact info for family/friend at home, what transportation you're using to/from the cruise, etc. You can also fill out the forms when you get to the cruise terminal, but it's quicker to do it online and just print out the info and take it to the cruise terminal with you.

When the forms are mailed to you they look like a DCL advertisement and it's easy to miss the luggage tags that are enclosed. If you don't find the tags you can get some from the baggage handlers when you get to port.

I don't recall Disney sending us actual registration forms; we used the online check-in (you can do it 75 or fewer days before your cruise date) to complete the forms. It was easy, things like passport number, emergency contact, read and agree to the cruise contract, flight information if any, things like that.

If you don't finish them, or forget, or don't use the internet, doesn't matter. You can show up at the cruise terminal with (1) Passports (or birth certificates for some cruises if you so choose) and (2) payment method (credit card) and they will have the forms there you can fill out on the spot. Doesn't take long. You can also make reservations for excursions and adult dining online, if you want to do any of those.

Checking in online does let you choose a port arrival time and does save you some time in the terminal.

Don't stress, it is easy. And remember the cruise "documents" (luggage tags, review of your reservation, advice on how to spend more money on the cruise LOL) won't be arriving until shortly before the cruise. If you are ever worried that they haven't shown up, just give Disney a call for their reassurance. But they will show up, have faith!

Is this the online check-in, where I would put in this info?

About how long before the cruise do these things arrive? I know I have a while yet, but I am too excited! :simba:Not to mention, I will know when to call Disney, if I don't receive them.

We got ours 38 days before our cruise. From what I've read here, it sounds like 30-45 days in advance is fairly typical, assuming your trip was booked well in advance.
