First day plans?

Arriving 8:30 AM on a Thurs on August. I'm thinking lunch at Tony's, parade, a few MK rides and dinner at Maya Grill at our resort. Issue is I really want to try Boathouse and I can't find another spot for it during our trip. DH thinks we should swap MK for DTD to eat, activate APs, and dinner at Maya Grill. Which would you choose?

But me...I'm a hopper. I'd do MK, take a mid day busy break and head to DTD and then back to MK. Or skip Maya Grill and head to Boathouse then instead.

Because Boathouse>Maya Grill too.

I would do MK because your room won't be ready. Get 3 FP from 11-2pm. Then come back and do pool, unpack, go to Boathouse for an early dinner. You will be tired so no more than that.
