My DH and I are going to WDW over Labor Day weekend without our children! We arrive at MCO about 9:30 am on Friday and depart 8:00 pm on Monday. I have reservations at the Dolphin ( awesome teacher rate), and I won 4 park hoppers at a charity event. I would love advice from you all on touring plans, fast pass, where to make ADRs, and whether I should buy 2 more hoppers or just single park tickets. DH is not as huge of a WDW nut as I am, but he really likes Epcot. Thanks!!

You might be able to upgrade them after you have used them to enter the park. We always get hoppers because it a park is crowded we leave and go elsewhere.

Plan a couple of special things. I'm a fan of California Grill before Wishes. You can watch Wishes on the roof. Maybe the dessert party MK or EPCOT. Also, if expenses are problematic watching Wishes from the beach at the Poly is wonderful and you also have the water parade close to the same time. Maybe do a tour. My husband and I really liked Keys to the Kingdom. We've also done a couple of Segway tours. These are all things that we have done since we started going by ourselves in 2010. It's a different way to tour but we love it. No more commando for us.

The hubs and I were planning a couples long weekend for this past weekend but our sitter fell through. Our plan was to spend a day each at AKL, the Poly, Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge to try a bunch of resorts we'd never visited. We actually weren't even going to get park tickets... Just hang out at the resorts, swim, relax and be merry!

Some ADRs we had booked were:

Jiko and Boma
Narcoossees
Fultons
Shulas
Kouzzinas for breakfast (best waffles ever!)

Also thought about renting a cabana at the Poly to spend the day by the pool, taking a carriage ride and checking out Jellyrolls... Things we'd be less likely to do with kids. Kind of sad it didn't happen... but now we are going as a family in May, which we could not have done if we'd gone in March.

Have a great trip!
