First Christmas Time Trip in 4 Years

I'm getting ready to plan my first Christmas time trip in 4 years. We are looking at the week after Thanksgiving or the first week of December. I feel like I have no idea where to start because there has been new stuff introduced at Christmas in the last 4 years.

Can someone tell me or point me in the direction of threads that discuss the different Christmas offerings? Like Holidays around the world at Epcot? I don't remember that the last time I went. Apparently they have a few food booths for the holidays now too or did I just make that up?

I've seen new stuff at Hollywood Studios. Are the projections on the ToT returning this year?

I know about MVMCP.. anything new at the parties?

Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I'm open to any special holiday activities you can suggest!!

Either week would be fine as all the holiday festivities will be going. Epcot has changed holidays around the world to the international festival of the holidays. They have food booths and the storytellers. I would recommend seeing the candlelight processional. If you want to see the Christmas parade and fireworks at MK, you will need to go to the Christmas party.
