First choice tickets

We leave on 11th May and have not had any tickets from First Choice has any one received theirs yet? How long should I wait before contacting them?

Contact them now !!
We travel on 7th May and when I phoned to try for a premier upgrade they told me my tickets had been posted on 11th April. After over a week had passed, I thought they must have been lost in the post so I called FC to inform them.
They re sent the tickets first class and I received them this morning.

If you go to their site and click on 'manage my account' you can enter your booking ref and it should tell you on there the date which your tickets were issued.

Thank you for the info.
Just been on the website it stated that the tickets were printed on the 14th April. If they are not here on Monday I will contact them.
