First card making stash bought!

Hi all!

I have bene on the DLRP list for a whie but this is my first post here! I have been cross-stitching for a while but this weekend I bought my first lot of card making stash! I am hoping to make all my Christmas cards this year, and if I am any good at it I would like to try and sell some on the internet.

I am a scrapper and I also make cards. Just made a birthday card this weekend for a guy at work. It’s been awhile sense I did cross-stitch. But use to really be into it. Made many a gift for family and friends. Anyway a big hello and welcome ! !

I haven't tried cards. I think about it from time to time. I have everything thanks to my scrapping addiction! Maybe some day!

My LSS has reps from Mrs.Grossmen sticker company come in a lot and teach classes on cardmaking and scrapping. Look for one they are great. I made packs of homemade cards for my son's teachers and my older neices christmas gifts this year. Each person got a set of 5 cards and then I wrapped them in clear bags with pretty bows. Everyone loved them.

I'm hoping to get a good picture of my kids wearing santa mickey ears in WDW this September so I can make cards using that.

I am hoping to get into scrapbooking too. saved EVERYTHING from ym trip to DLRP last year (receipts, paper, menus, leaflets) and everything form my holiday in Italy, but just havent got round to making anything out of them.

Does anyone else keep everything like that from holidays, or am I just weird?
