First call and planner Bill?

Hi,
I just made my first call to Disney and I spoke to a representative who advised me that my planner is Bill and will be calling me soon...how soon is soon, today, tomorrow...when do your planner's get in touch? Also, has anyone had Bill for a planner, how is he?

Hi, i got an email from Bill the other day after i requested info from the website! I've got to email him back when i've got some more details (full names, preferred dates, estimated guest count etc).

As we are an Escape Wedding we are just getting to the contract today, but Bill has been nothing but helpful all along. He pencilled us in several months ago and has been there with quick repsonses for any questions I have had. He even has spoke with my fiancee a few times, when I have been busy. I do not know if I will now get passed onto to another Planner for the ceremony details, but I or someone else will let you know.

Bill has been our contact as well. We are currently penciled in and won't be able to officially confirm until April, but Bill has been nothing but helpful with questions that we've had!

I know it's been asked but how much is the deposit for a wishes wedding?

$2000. Payable once you get a Letter of Agreement to sign.

Also, I think Bill is a sales consultant not a planner, once you're deposit is paid you will be transferred to a Wedding consultant and planner.

The Wishes deposit is $2000 when you send in the signed LoA, the minimum expenditure is due 90 days before the wedding date and then anything else is due 30 days before. At least, that's what it said in my contract.

Bill is sometimes hard to reach by phone but he always answers emails in a couple of hours.
