First bw stay closest stndard rooms to lobby traveling with children and grandparents

This will be our first trip and first stay at BW we have 2 studio rooms and are traveling with children and grandparents. Any suggestion on room#. I have heard 2nd floor is lobby level therefore should not have to worry about elevator situation. True??

The lobby is on the second floor, but the Boardwalk is on the first floor, so you have to use the elevator or the steps to get to the Boardwalk from the second floor. The first floor also has an exit near the parking lot & bus stop, you don't have to go out through the lobby.

Last July we stayed in a ground floor, pool view villa. This made it very easy for going in and out of the room on the days that we just hung out on the BW or at the pool.
