First bus to downtown disney?

We are planning a trip for sept, shopping opens at 830. when will the first bus leave to arrive? We will need to be back by 10am...just wondering if I will have enough time. I only shop one store...!!

Hmm, I think you might be looking at taking a cab. I'm not sure when they start going to DTD, but I think it might not be early enough for you to get what you want done and back by 10:00a.

I'll go farther to say that this timeframe won't allow enough time to actually
get in enough shopping to be worth the round trip.

You'd effectively have only about an hour.

I've had buses to/from DTD take up to 45 minutes at times. If you experience any delays, you'd have no time to shop. Best case, like Robo pointed out, is that you 'd have just a short time. I would plan to shop sometime when you aren't under such a time crunch.

Most (if not all) of the stores open at 10:00, not 8:30.

Even if some stores are open at 8:30, you will have to take a cab both ways.

Shops open 10:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. - Sunday - Thursday 
Shops open 10:30 a.m. - Midnight - Friday - Saturday 
Restaurants open daily from 11 a.m. - Midnight
Guest Relations is open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday - Thursday; 9 a.m. to midnight Friday - Saturday. Open daily at DisneyQuest, also.

I thought the shops didn't open until 9:30 or 10:00.

We were just there, 1st week of June, & almost all stores did not open until 10:00 am
