First Aulani trip is in the books!

We absolutely loved Aulani! It is gorgeous. I will say there was a crazy level of entitlement there. Way more than at other DVC resorts. A LOT of people were acting like they were the only people there or that, at the very least, they were the only ones that mattered. It was actually funny to see people throwing tantrums over pool chairs. There are a lot of people who have VERY high opinions of themselves, lol. I just thought it was interesting because of the relaxed vibe of Hawaii and Aulani.

Other than than that, we loved Aulani and definitely will go back in the future!

We were there shortly after you were, and I think I agree with the entitlement. Pool Chair Scramble was insane.

Yikes, I guess I should be glad we didn’t encounter any of that. We only went to the pools later in the day when there were chairs sitting available, and didn’t witness any negative interactions.

Congrats, and yes, just enjoy the pools without the chairs! That's what my family does. Done with the pool, time to go back to room and/or do other things. No fights needed, and don't need to see any on vacation.
