First AKV Stay and Merchandise Question

We had our first Home stay this past weekend... We had two nights at a Villa room and two nights at a regular AKL room. I will say, we LOVED the resort and thought the AKV room (Stuido) was so much nicer than the regular rooms. There was more storage and seemed to have more room than the regular rooms that have bunk beds in them. But since this was our first stay/visit to our Home resort... we were really happy with our choice in resorts.

My Merchandise question is since there wasn't much DVC merchandise available at the resort, is there any way I can get DVC merchandise after returning home? I wanted to pick up a DVC Member polo shirt, but none were available in my size and never got a chance to head to another DVC resort to pick one up.. :/

Unfortunately DVC does not offer merchandise on the internet. Why not, who knows?

I do not know if they are selling AKV merchandise yet. The general store will be in Jambo House, so I do not kow if they sell anything for the resort yet. I have not seen anything, but I am going to keep my eye out for some AKV gear!

Glad that you had a great time at AKV. It is our home too! It is great to hear a happy owner giving a good report.

I was also disappointed in the DVC merchandise at AKV. You would think DVC would open up an online store on their website. I would love a DVC cap.

I didn't know if you could call MS or the General Merchandise Number and order something that way. Stinks...
