First 2 Weeks of March, Weekend Vs Weekday Crowds?

I am planning to go sometime during the first 2 weeks of March. Looking at the hours from 2010 and assuming it will be similar this March, is it recommended to go on the more crowded weekend with extra hours of park time (8AM-Midnight), or on a weekday with shortened hours (10AM-8PM).
I'm also concerned about Fantasmic, World Of Color, and fireworks, but there is no way to plan for whether or not they will occur for the dates I end up booking.
Thanks for any help.

Well you probably want a mix weekend and weekdays. Fairly quiet for weekdays but you may not get any of shows except on Friday - Sunday.

WoC is playing midweek right now, just one show, two on the weekend. There is a small chance they could drop it after Christmas during the week, but even I think it is slim.

I'm still trying to decide if I can do 3 or 4 days, but that was one thought, something like Sunday-Tuesday instead of Tuesday-Thursday.

This is great advice...
mix it up with weekdays and weekend days. Not only for shows but for crowds. Also, schools have Spring break during all different weeks so you may want to try to avoid giong during any major schools spring break.

I went this past March on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. I was a little surprised because this was my first visit during non-summer months and I was thinking it would be less crowded. But it was the weekend....
It was the first day of spring, so i thought it was cool that I was spending the first day of Spring 2010 in DLR :daisy:

I was hoping going before Mid-March would help with the spring breaks. But of course you never know til you get there...
