Hi FIRMies and thank you for all your prayers and well-wishes! I really felt all the loving vibes!
I'm pretty sure my news is good! I was given twilight sedation for my biopsy yesterday and don't remember much, but dh told me that the Dr. said he's fairly certain that the two tumors he removed were nothing but benign calcium deposits.

They're usually only seen in women (aren't we so lucky with all the stuff we get to go through?!

). He's going to call with the final results, but I think I'm pretty much in the clear! So I get home from the hospital and sleep off all the sedation, waking up around 6pm. Dh then tells me that I have another ultrasound scheduled for this Thursday. I say "for what?" He says because the Dr. found some 'abnormalities' in my one kidney when he did the dye test/x-rays. OK......Well, dh, what kind of abnormalities, did he find? Dh's answer--"I don't know, he didn't say." So, dh, did you ask? "No. They made an appt. to see you next Thurs. to go over the results." ARRRRRRRRRGH!!! Is it all men, or just mine?!!!

So now I have a call in to the Dr. to find out why I'm having yet another kidney ultrasound. Well, anyway, we're 99% sure there's no cancer, so that's great news! And I guess next Thurs. I'll find out about all my abnormalities (oh, do I have a list for him--oh wait--that's a different kind of doctor!

) So now I'm just sitting here, drinking tons of water because I'm supposed to, yet dreading having to go to the bathroom, because it feels like I'm peeing razor blades!!!

Sorry--TMI! Oh, pitty, pitty poor me!
Great job keeping up with all your FIRMing, everyone! I can't exercise until I get the all clear from the doc next week.
Grumble...grumble...grumble... I thank you so much for all your care and concern--I love you all!
