FIRMIES!
Twenty six weeks = 1/2 year of FIRMing together!
I kept my personal challenge and exercised throughout the weekend. On Saturday AM, it was Cardio Sculpt. Sun. AM, I returned to an oldie but goodie- Upper Body from the FIRM Parts 4 pk. I changed from my usual routine of CA&WT on Sun. because my legs were bothering me & nothing like the thought of 2 weeks vacation, in sleeveless tops, to make you focus on your upper body. This AM was Cardio Sculpt Blaster w/ Lisa Kay. Unfortunately, it was not a great workout, because my mind was "somewhere else" i.e. random thoughts like has our sun block expired?
If all goes well, I'll squeeze in 30 minute workout tomorrow morning.

I never thought of it that way, but you are right! We have been FIRMing for 1/2 a year!

a little! I didn't know I had it in me. I had to stop when anyone else came down the path, way too much jiggling going on
- but I can see that my exercising is increasing my stamina.
