Hey FIRMies!
OMG!!! I can see the headlines now: "Wild Women of W.I.S.H. overtake The FIRM studio in Columbia, South Carolina, chanting "We want Hover Squats! We want Hover Squats!' Look at their FANNIES! Oh my--how LIFTED they are! Details at 11:00..." Yeah Baby!

Just tell me what, when and where, and I'm there! Oh, WISH Sis! I would soooooo love to meet you!
I wanted to give all of you were wondering about Calorie Killer with Nancy "eat a burger" Tucker (Oh, s&k'smom--BEHAVE!

) a little mini-review, as it was always one of my favorite add-ons!
Even though I never really "connected"

with Nancy as an instructor, I must say that CK was a fun workout for me (Oooooo, if only Allie would've been the lead! Honestly, what's WRONG with me? Why am I so obsessed with her?!

) I never read very many good reviews of it on the Ya Ya's site, but I always looked forward to doing it. I can only assume it's classified as a cardio workout, because it only briefly uses light weights and the SS for added intensity and some leg press moves. No heavy weights at all. The choreography is different from other FIRMs in that it's a bit more jumpy (although you can always modify for low impact) and unique. Don't let yourself get discouraged by the footwork! You do a cute little move called a hopscotch, turn to the back for one move, hip twists, step-over-the-stick, and funky mambos! I found it to be a little bit higher intensity than some of their other shorter workouts (maybe just me, but I thought it moved just a bit faster--higher beats-per-minute), and it always held my interest. I think it's a great addition to any FIRM collection! Let me know what you all think!
Well, I for one am going to go and dream about one HECKUVA WISH/FIRMie PAR-TAY! (Please notice I said "par-tay" as opposed to just "party"! There's a BIG difference!) Geez, I am such a GEEK!
Have a great weekend FIRMies!
P.S. Mel, I'm thinking of you and hoping everything's OK!
