FIRM Check In Week 13

Hey everyone,

Yesterday I did Standing Legs, Upper Body and day 5 of 5 day abs.

Today I ran/walked 4 .25 miles and then we went to the park and I walked and rode a bike for a while.

Tracy- Hope you get your energy back. I know what thats like, and it isn't fun.

Lisa- It is tough getting up earlier. I struggle with it everyday!

Saturday I did Super Cardio Sculpt with Nancy Tucker and this morning I did my old Sunday stand-by, BSS1 ab sculpt with Lisa Kay.

It was weigh in day and I'm down another 1.5 pounds which brings my total to 60 pounds!
