We're staying at the POFQ in late December early January. What can you see in terms of fireworks from the hotel grounds? Anything at all? What would be the nearest vantage point without actually entering one of the parks?

Bump. Need some advice, folks . . . Thanks again!

I don't think you'll be able to see any fireworks from there.

I stayed at POFQ last July. I could here the fireworks from one show somewhere off in the distance and could barely see a spark or two come over a tree every now and then but no real view. My room faced toward the front of the resort and that was only the fireworks show evident at that resort.

I think the closest way to see any fireworks would be to go to Downtown Disney. It is real close to your resort and Pleasure Island there has a short fireworks show every night at midnight.

Hi, just got back from POR. We watched the MK fireworks from the POLY beach. It was wonderful. We took the bus to MK, transfered to the monorail and got off at POLY. Afterwards, we caught the bus to DTD and then a bus to POR.

ask the bell services at the resort.

I think from the main parking lot you can see the MK fireworks - but only the top of them.

Epcot is closer - but I think the fireworks are further away?
