Here's a Hub viewing tip we discovered last week. We came to the Hub area during the Christmas parade that started at 7:45. The kids wanted to watch so we stood over by the information booth (on the Adventureland side) and had a clear view over the planter area to main street. As soon as the parade was over most of the people got up and moved away from the area. We were able to grab a bench right in the middle of the Hub only an hour before the fireworks started! So we had perfect seats, a short wait and no frozen bottoms (which were still numb anyway from waiting for Fantasmic the night before!)

Hope that helps someone
