Does anyone know if there are any spots in DCA that you can get a good view of the DL fireworks? As we will be there in October, the only night we are there that the fireworks show will be going on is Friday but we are at DCA for the trick-or-treat party that night so I wondered if we would be able to find a spot to see the fireworks from.

Paradise Pier is a really nice place to watch the fireworks.

You get a wonderful head on view from under the Golden Gate Bridge (monorail track at the entrance of the park). If you hang out for the Electric parade at the entrace there, you can just turn around and watch the fireworks immediately afterwards.

oh cool im gona be the 10th and its the only night besieds the night we get in and im not sure if we will see them then.

Just remember that you'll only be able to see the higher fireworks - a lot of the show takes places with relatively low fireworks, and you can't see those unless you're on Main Street. I agree with Albort that the view from Paradise Pier is nice - between the Sun Wheel and the California Screamin' launch area is pretty good as I recall.

Thanks for the input! I am glad we will be able to see part of the show at least.
