For those of you who made ADR's at Cali Grill, Narcoossee's, Ohana's.....

The fireworks that were scheduled on mvmcp nights before mvmcp in December have been removed and therefore the only time the fireworks will be shown on mvmcp nights is during mvmcp at or around 9 or 9:30pm. At first, the official calendar stated that regular Wishes would be presented at 6pm on mvmcp nights but since then, they have changed the calendar and removed the regular Wishes, so if anyone had an ADR to view the fireworks during dinner, you may want to change your ADR to later on. I had a 5:30pm ADR at California Grill on 12/11 hoping to watch Wishes at 6pm and unfortunately, I won't be able to because 9pm is too late for a 5 year old to have dinner! It makes me so mad!

My understanding is that if you have dinner there earlier that day, you can go back up to the Cali Grill to watch the fireworks. If your 5 year old is still up, that could work out for you.

Thank you for that information. That is really to bad I hope you are able to see the fireworks at a time that works for you.

Not sure why they did it. I was there in 2006 and they did show the regular Wishes on mvmcp nights before the party and then they showed holiday wishes during the party. I wish they did this every year so that people who only go during the day can get to watch Wishes. I don't think they had any trouble getting people out of the park before the party. There were literally handfuls of CM's around the park checking for the wrist bracelets and they did a great job of getting everyone out the night we were there.

I think this isn't such a bad idea. I saw Wishes on a P&PP night, and if you aren't staying for the party, you are herded out immediately---there is complete chaos between everyone in the pakr trying to get out while all the Party guests are trying to get in.

It was a crowd flow disaser. Dropping Wishes on those nights will releive that...

Maybe your right....but they still shouldn't have put that they were showing Wishes on mvmcp nights when they released the calendar and now they changed it. I know that Disney can do whatever they want, it is just so dissappointing that those of us who had their hearts set on watching Wishes from Cali Grill or wherever may not get to.
