Fireworks questions

I'm sorry if these are silly questions, but can someone tell me if I have this info correct?

Are there fireworks at Magic Kingdom and Epcot EACH NIGHT at closing?
There is an occasional showing at Hollywood Studios (Fantasmic)?
At Hollywood Studios do you have to sit in the theater to see the fireworks?
Best place to see fireworks at Magic Kingdom?
Best place to see fireworks at Epcot?

Are there fireworks at Magic Kingdom and Epcot EACH NIGHT at closing? Depends on when you go. In peak usually. During slow times, not always. Also, MK has fireworks, Epcot has Illuminations, which is a mix of fireworks, lasers (if I remember correctly) and sort of a show
There is an occasional showing at Hollywood Studios (Fantasmic)? Depends again when you go. Usually have more showings during peak.
At Hollywood Studios do you have to sit in the theater to see the fireworks? Yes - and it is more of a show than 'fireworks'
Best place to see fireworks at Magic Kingdom? Busiest place - on Main St, can see from Tomorrowland bridge great too. If you're not trying to leave afterwards, you can see great from Toontown by the WDW train station, but you won't have the castle in the background.
Best place to see fireworks at Epcot? Not sure on this one.

I'd like to piggy-back on the OP's question. We will be going the first week in December. Definitely not peak (one of the least crowded times of the year) but everything will be decorated for Christmas already, the MK will have its special Christmas-themed parade and Mickey's Christmas party, etc. I know that there is a Christmas version of the fireworks show at MK, but will they have it that early, or only closer to Christmas?

There are always fireworks at all the parks. I can't remember a time when we have gone there were not fireworks.

That being said...

MK: Wishes

Wishes is either at 9:00 or 10:00 and depending on season sometimes they do it twice. I think the best place to watch is close to Casey's (hot dog restaurant) on mainstreet. It's a fantastics view of the castle. I also saw you have a DD2 (me too!). A great age, but I just read a suggestion that I think I might try next time. If for some reason she isn't past out by the fireworks, I saw that a great place to watch the fireworks was pooh's playground in fantasy land. That way kids can play and run around and distract themselves while the fireworks are going on.

Epcot: Illuminations

There really isn't a bad place to view these as long as you are on the lake. My favorite place is England. If you eat at Rose and Crown you get priority seating on their patio and can grab a beer and enjoy the fireworks. But I have also heard that you should pay attention if there is a wind out. If there is, go to the opposite side the wind is blowing. Otherwise you will be smoked out for sure.

HS: Fantasmic

I have only done this once in my 80 or so trips to Disney and the one time I did, I did the Fantasmic Dinner package, so we got priority seating. I would recommend Mama Melroses. Ask Disney Dining to fill you in on the package. It was nice to just walk right in and not have to wait in line, especially with little ones.

I will say if you won't be able to catch all the Firework shows, that Wishes at MK is not to be missed. It is the absolute best IMO.

Have a great time! December is great time to go and they Christmas Party would be great for your daughter. I am looking forward to taking mine this year as it will be the first time she should really get the Christmas Concept.
Plus, I find that lines during these parties are much shorter than normal hours.
