Fireworks or parades?

Does universal have any parades or night time light show? If so is there somewhere I can find a schedule? We are going aug 29th and trying to decide on staying late or heading back to Disney for a nighttime show.

The only parades are at the Studios and only for special events like Mardi Gras in the spring and the Macy's Holiday parade during December.

That's the one thing that surprises me about Universal, the lack of fireworks. You can see the fireworks from Seaworld around 9pm, but there are none at Universal itself. Very strange for a park of its popularity.

i remember when they did have fireworks.

i was pleased when it left.

the crowds weren't my thing.

We always leave and head to Disney for nighttime fireworks. I guess Universal assumes you will head to City Walk, eat, and party at the clubs. I'd rather see great fireworks.
