Fireworks on Both Pirate Night and Star Wars Night!!

Last week was the first Star Wars cruise for 2017 and I saw on the Personal Navigators that there were fireworks on both Pirate Night (10:15pm) and Star Wars Night (10:30pm).

Sure hope that's the norm this year!!

They just throw cute names to a standard dish... Like Sand People Salad, Bantha Steak Empanadas, Obi Wan Schroom Steak etc. I saw an actual menu on a blog that is favored by many here.

OK where did you find the Navigators? I found ones from last year's Western but would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see our actual itinerary.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for two nights of fireworks. They can only carry a certain amount on board so if there were two nights of fireworks, they would be shorter. I've had this conversation with the officers when we were on NYE cruises and always got the same answer.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for two nights of fireworks. They can only carry a certain amount on board so if there were two nights of fireworks, they would be shorter. I've had this conversation with the officers when we were on NYE cruises and always got the same answer.

The Navigators do show fireworks on 2 nights, the Pirate and the Star Wars. We cruise in 2 weeks and am hoping we have two nights. Then again if they are 2 shorter shows that wouldn't be cool, I'd rather have 1 big show.

One would argue that a lot of pirate lore is fictional too. I don't want it to be realistic. I don't think we all want to eat gruel, hardtack, fetid water and grog for dinner on Pirate Night, though the way some people describe their opinion of the menu it might as well be.

Just off the Fantasy yesterday and there were two nights of fireworks, they've added another storage bunker to handle the additional explosives.

Like @ACDSNY we also just got off the Fantasy yesterday and there were two nights of fireworks. Seemed to us the SWDAS fireworks lasted longer. But it was cool to have two nights of fireworks!

No, I wasn't aware of this. I just looked now and will say there are options I would enjoy more now!
