Fireworks is impossible on a Mac!!!!!

Macs are just too slow and I think I have the latest. I deleted any extra files and updated the latest flash version but when you click on a firework sometimes it does not explode. And then you accidently put your cursor over the next one and it catches up from the last click. If there is something im missing plz do share.

yeah i have the same problem, though i can make it to do like 50 grand on a quest.... though this kinda makes me mad that my moms slower than life laptop can play firework faster than my mac.....and i heart my mac

Are you playing in Firefox? I have can do better on firefox on my PB then our desktop PC in either FF or IE.

Yes, get firefox, at www.firefox.com, get it there, it helps very very well when playing fire works, when I was on ie with a windows the best I could do was 6th place, I have firefox I get 3rd place

There's an extension for FF that really speeds up it's performance. Download Fasterfox here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1269/ It's a must-have for FF users.

lol i have noticed the same thing with my mac...and i have a G5!! most of the players have pc's which are faster in that game(fireworks) and in most of VMK( including trying to log in) for me logging in take anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes but on PC's it usually is super fast...with my mac G5 i had the wireless mouse to begin with which it is impossible for me to play fireworks with.. i just recently got the mighty mouse which helps a bit more but the mouse on the screen is a little slower than what it should be... Also how old is your computer? mine is a year or so.. I think VMk should be more towards macs because a lot of players have macs and it is too slow and at the start how the window pops up if you are using explorer or safari

does not work on a mac. Tried downloading but it is a exe file.

i have the newest mac ( the 1 that has a camera on it - i love taking silly pictures of myself lol ) and on my computer there is a program called parallels. In parallels you can access a windows computer ( that you create or something my dad hooked it up but yea) and thats how i play vmk very fast log in and very good at fireworks
