I have to say if you can see them and it's young boys (10-14) I'd give them till midnight. But if their parents are with them they should have stopped way earlier. We live in the country and there is no cut off time, but if I give my 12 year old fireworks he will do them till they are gone. As a parent, I try to respect the work hours of my neighbors, so my son was done by 10:00, but every one is different. If they are still ringing in your ears after midnight, I would have to complain....Some of us Do have to work tomorrow!! But If it's just kids, try to cut them some slack. You know the old saying, boys will be boys.
