Fireworks from Plaza Rest or Tony's?

Has anyone seen the Wishes fireworks show or even a parade like Spectromagic while having dinner at the Plaza or Tony's? If you eat on the Plaza patio do you have a good view or either the fireworks or a parade?:confused:
