AAH! I am a bit freaking out right now! Ok... so we purchased Halloween Tickets for Oct 29 , Fri. The only day/night that we will be in DL. (one day trip basically) The main reason is to go see the fireworks. The halloween ticket says it will feature a "boo-tastic" fireworks BUT on Disney.coms calendar of events, it shows no fireworks display for that day:scared1:!!??? Confused!!

My son will be terribly dissapointed to find out hes not gonna be seeing fireworks :guilty:. The calendar of events shows fireworks for Satuday(30) and Sunday(31) ........ nothing for Friday....

Maybe a glitch on their site??? Maybe they dont post halloween events on their calendar of events??? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh

The fireworks will be at the party (weather permitting). They're not on the regular Disneyland calendar because the calendar shows the park closing at 7 (to general guests). So there are not fireworks available to someone who comes in the parks on a standard ticket--just those who bought the party. :)

SHEWWWWWWW!! Ok thats a relief.... I dont know why they wouldnt add their halloween events on their calendar though... a bit weird. This makes visitors, specially first timers like me!, wonder and freak out!

Thanks :)

Because there are no fireworks for Disneyland's guests on those days. You have tickets to a private, special, ticket-required event. If it were on the calendar, it would imply that it is part of the entertainment available to those at the Park on that day, which it is not.

Enjoy the fireworks - they are amazing.

I'm going to check other threads too, but incase anyone would like to reply: Earlier it was reported that guests who have not purchased a Halloween ticket were welcome to remain in the park if they were interested in seeing the fireworks show, but would not be able to ride the rides or trick-o-treat. Is this still true or has it changed?

I just got back from WDW and did go to a Halloween night. They gave us wristbands and at 7:00 closed the park to the general public, they walked around to make sure guests had wristbands.

Every time Disney's addressed it since that rumor, they have said that no, guests cannot remain in the park just to watch the fireworks. We'll see how enforcement goes October 1...

Oh that's right, it's not October yet! Well I really hope non Halloween guests do not get to stick around, non fair to ween paying guests and because that will mean a huge crowd for the fireworks show. It will most likely be like what I experienced in WDW, wristbands for Halloween guests, and the boot for others at closing. However, it did seem a little difficult for the castmembers to check every single person, and once it hit night time forget about it, very busy, crazy, and too dark to see every wrist.
