Are the fireworks/dessert parties offered on New Years Eve?

MK does their special New Year fireworks at 6:30pm and 11:50pm on both 12/30 and 12/31. Last year there were Plaza Garden and Tomorrowland Terrace dessert parties for each show. There was no “After” dessert party on those two nights.

Not sure from memory about the dessert parties at Epcot and DHS, hopefully someone who knows will chime in.
