We will be going to Disneyland next week and I wondered how their fireworks compare to Disneyworld? Are they about the same. I thought DW's were spectacular!

So to add an additional question.......... The fireworks in the off season are only on weekends?? Correct?
...then the pirates "Dead men tell no tales" where it is like there is a battle of shooting from matterhorn to the other side of the castle, ...
It's one thing to tell a story, which Wishes does very well, but it's another thing altogether to transform Sleeping Beauty Castle into all sorts of famous and beloved park attractions. I think that's why RDCT is better. Wishes uses projections on the castle to make it look different whereas RDCT uses projections to transform the castle into the Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones, the Main Street Electrical Parade, and even the Death Star. These answers are really surprising me! I thought for sure this would be the one area where WDW would be better. Wow!
The WDW shows would probably be cancelled less since they don't have to worry about burning down their neighbors since they don't have any!
Absolutely true. You must be able to see the castle to get the full and proper exerience. It's even worth waiting a couple of hours to see it from that location. It's that good!!I know it's hard to believe if you've only seen Wishes, but Remember Dreams Come True is SOOO much better. Without a doubt the best fireworks show Disney has ever created. Make sure you watch it from somewhere in the front of the castle/Main Street area in order to get the full experience.
